Considerations in Visa Applications

The visa information published on this page are valid for citizens of the Republic of Turkey. As is known, in many countries the citizens of the Republic of Turkey is implementing visa to enter the country. While there are some exceptions along the country's embassy in Turkey regarding these visas before the start of travel, it must be taken from the Consulate and Consulate. Please; check your passport visa pages before applying for a visa. Full passports need to be renewed. Another important issue about passports is that the passports are absolutely signed by the owner and the passport is valid for at least six months. Consulates do not issue visas to passports with validity of less than 6 months.

It is necessary to fill in the Visa Form when a visa application is made. It is very important to complete the forms completely. It is another important matter that the photo requested from you together with the visa form is new. The visa form must be completed and signed by the applicant. The signature on the visa form is compared with the signature on the passport. Consular officers can extend their visa from 2 days to one week or even 10 days in some countries since the application is accepted. For this reason, try to make your visa application as early as possible from your travels. Please note that passport renewal times may be longer, especially during peak periods such as holidays, semesters, Easter, fairs and New Year's Eve.

With increasing security concerns, consulates can change the information and documents required for visas at any time.

Documents required for visa

If the documents required for each consulate visa are changing, we can collect the following main headings.

For the private sector:

Filling out the visa application form for the consulate

Chamber of Commerce activity document (for private sector, company travel)

Tax stamp (for private sector company owners)

Photocopy of the trade registry gazette

Petition addressed to the Consulate of the company titled

If it is insured,

Payroll

Photocopy of hotel reservation ticket and air ticket

For employees:

The tax label and activity certificate of the workplace (will be new and will be the last)

Photocopy of workplace's signature circulars and establishment newspaper

At least one year of insurance sign-up (if the work period is less than one year, the old workplace insurance sign-up notice is required)

Salary payroll For Vienna Consulate in Vienna, petition, stamp and signature (it will be original, photocopy is not accepted) indicating that the tourist will go to the company titled paper.

Copy of bank account book.

Copies of front page and transaction pages Account statement with credit card photocopy.

Things to watch out for

For two consulates, two sets of documents will be required for both consulates. It is desirable that the account books requested by the consulates are old, traded and have high account amounts.
